| Technical specification | Mechanical double thermostat as a safety temperature monitor and safety temperature limiter with a control range of 0 to +200°C for STW and +50.. +300°C for STB and two transmission lines, each 1000 mm long, made of stainless steel, the temperature is adjusted inside the housing using a screwdriver. The switching point accuracy of the STW is +0/-16K in the middle third of the scale, that of the STB +0/-24K in the middle third of the scale. The process connection is two smooth circular sensors with a diameter of 4 mm made of stainless steel, the switching difference/hysteresis of the STW is 7.0% of the scale range, the unlocking difference of the STB is approx. 10% of the scale range. The thermostat head is ambient temperature compensated. The maximum allowable switching capacity is 16A, 230V. The device is approved in accordance with ATEX and is used to monitor and control temperatures in potentially explosive areas. It is approved for use in gas and steam environments in zones 1 and 2, as well as in environments with conductive dust in zones 21 and 22. The device is suitable for temperature class T6, RoHS compliant and cadmium-free. |
