The controller is a freely configurable, universally applicable PID controller for controlling temperature, pressure and other process variables. The main areas of application are heating chambers, temperature control and cooling systems, drying and freezing plants, laboratory ovens and sterilizers in the food, plastics and packaging industries. The controller can be used as a two-point controller, three-point stepping controller or continuous controller. Self-optimization, ramp function with adjustable gradient, manual operation, network-on-delay, two limit comparators, extensive timer functions and a service counter are included. It has a universal measurement input for resistance thermometer, thermocouple and standard signals (current, voltage), and the linearizations of more than 20 sensors are stored. Two binary inputs, a logic output (0/14 V), two relays (NO contact) and an analog output are also provided. A red and a green 7-segment LED display are used to display process values and parameters. In addition, seven LEDs are provided for displaying switch positions, manual operation, ramp function and timer operation. It is operated via four buttons on the front.
